Biography

A 1993 summer signing from Wealdstone, Dave Venables would go on to establish himself as one of Boro’s most influential players. And he certainly played his part as we continued on our path up the non-league pyramid to the Conference. He received plenty of individual accolades during his time at the club. Not least because he was fond of giving opposition defenders the hardest time possible. He also chipped in with plenty of valuable goals during his time at the club too.
