In his two spells for us, midfielder Ken Morgan lined up at the start of two different eras for the club – starting in 1980. He was part of our successful United Counties League Division One squad, but moved on in summer 1981. His next port of call, annoyingly, would be rivals Hitchin Town. From the start of Boro’s tale to the start of the next stage, Morgan came back in summer 1984. In doing so, he would line up for our first season in the Isthmian League.
