Biography
After the departure of Anthony Elding and the arrival of Jefferson Louis, no-one at Boro’ quite expected to see Eric Obinna come to us as well. But Graham Westley saw a need for another striker on the books; Obinna joining from Championship side Reading. Born in Nigeria, the player must’ve been good enough to get on the books of Arsenal in 1998. But it seemed as if finding the right fit wasn’t proving easy.
And, with just one start to his name in his brief spell at Broadhall Way, Boro’ clearly wasn’t the club for him either.
