Keith Johansen saw action between the sticks for Boro’ on one occasion during our debut United Counties League campaign. He kept goal in our 5-0 win against Sharnbrook in September 1980, which means a 100% success rate for clean sheets. No further outings were registered, however; both Martyn Thompson and Ross Silverman seeing the lion’s share of the goalkeeping action that season.
