Son of ex-Boro’ player and coach Robbie, left-back Charley O’Keefe was a highly-rated left-back that played his part in our successful U18 side. Hopes of a first-team breakthrough didn’t quite materialise, however. In summer 2019, O’Keefe left the club – first moving up the road to Hitchin, before turning up at Stratford Town that September.
