Place of Birth: Northampton

Signed in a loan deal during the January 2011 transfer window, young forward Luke Daley joined the Stevenage ranks from Norwich City; the Hertfordshire side looking for a man capable of nabbing a few goals and helping to consolidate our Football League progress. Daley spent his entire career-to-date at Norwich; making just a handful of appearances after his debut in 2008. He also caught the eye a number of times in reserve outings at Carrow Road.

According to reports, Daley was actually on Graham Westley‘s wishlist ahead of the 2010-1 season. But injury meant a possible deal wasn’t, well, possible. He eventually joined on a one-month arrangement. Making his debut as a sub against Morecambe, however, there was only one more outing for the lad. And then it was back to Norwich, who released him that summer.
