Here’s your latest statpack; the latest stats, numbers, and milestones fresh off the press after the latest Stevenage game day. We used to do this on Twitter or X or whatever it’s called now. Today was the fifth time on the bounce that we’ve failed to win on New Year’s Day. The last time was 2019; Revs with the winner as we beat Newport – despite Kurtis Guthrie‘s red card. That was now seven years ago… and Luther was playing that day too!
In fact, our record on NYD in the Football League is lousy – two wins in nine efforts.

Revs has now managed 85 games in his second spell as Boro’ boss. That’s the same amount as Cloughie in his second spell. Revs has more wins (33 vs 31), but more defeats (32 vs 25) – and fewer points (101 vs 98). It is also a given that Cloughie’s GF record is better (132 vs 96).
