Connor Ogilvie is the young left-back who joined Stevenage on a one-month youth loan deal from Tottenham Hotspur in mid-August. A player whose versatility gives him the ability to play at centre back as well, his services provided Boro' with a useful extra addition.

For Spurs, Ogilvie featured regularly in the U21 Premier League and had also been included in the Lilywhites' first team squad for the odd Europa League game. In addition, he has achieved England U16 and U17 caps and came to the Lamex with a promising future.

After impressing during his time with Boro', Ogilvie made his return to White Hart Lane and to the Spurs U21 outfit. It wasn't to be the end of his association with the Hertfordshire club, however.

With manager Darren Sarll in need of some defensive cover in early 2017, Stevenage moved back in for the left back and secured his services until the end of the 2016-7 campaign. The hope, obviously, being that Ogilvie could reproduce the form that won supporters over during his first stint at the Lamex.
