Hugely experienced striker Isaiah Rankin joined Stevenage Borough at the last possible moment of the January transfer window in 2008. The striker made the switch from Grimsby Town where he had fallen out of favour, and amongst his former clubs, Rankin can list Premiership giants Arsenal as well as spells at Bolton and Birmingham. The player should strengthen Boro's attacking options for a promotion push and will be asked to draw on his wealth of experience.
