BORO' CAREER:
|
Debut: vs Tamworth (H), 27/08/2005
Seen as the last piece in the Westley jigsaw for 2005/6, David Perpetuini arrived towards the end of the close season in 2005 as cover down the left both in the defence and midfield departments.
His career to date shows that he has plenty of experience, with Premiership appearances to his name with Watford a couple of seasons back. A victim of the increasing number of League players without clubs to snap them up, Perpetuini stepped down to the Conference where many players like him aimed to re-establish their careers.
However, despite starting in 16 games, Perpetuini could never establish himself as a key player for Boro', and was very much a fringe player by the end of the season, resulting in his departure.
