Player Profile - LUKE OLIVER

Courtesy of: Matt Ranson Signed for £15,000 just before the end of the January 2006 transfer window closed, Stevenage Borough managed to land defender Luke Oliver from Yeovil Town, who were going through a period of selling off players. Impressive during his stint at Woking both prior to his move to Yeovil, and again after being loaned back, Boro' were not disappointed with their investment in the second half of the 2005/6 season as Oliver put in many impressive performances.

Looking towards Oliver's first full season with the Broadhall Way club, the tall defender will have the experience and talent to continue his impressive start to his spell at Boro' which ultimately will go a long way to helping Boro's quest for promotion.
