Adam Miller arrived from Championship side Queen's Park Rangers on a free transfer, having previously plyed his trade at Conference level with Aldershot and Gravesend, to add to his Football League experience.

During his stint with Aldershot, Miller was voted the Conference Young Player of the Year for 2003/4 which led to his move up the pyramid to Loftus Road. After settling into the centre of Boro's midfield with ease towards the end of the 2005/6 season, Miller performed consistently well.

He proved to be a real asset in his first full season at Broadhall Way during the 2006/7 campaign, with his assured passing ability and confidence on the ball - two admirable qualities for a midfielder who was very influential when at his best. It was no surprise when Mark Stimson took him to Gillingham in 2008.
