BORO' CAREER:
Years: 2005-6
Apps: 12 (6)
Goals: 6

Debut: vs Grays Athletic (A), 31/12/2005

With leading goalscorer Anthony Elding leaving Broadhall Way in late 2005, Stevenage Borough were quick to act in securing the services of Jefferson Louis on non-contract terms. The striker came with something of an unfavourable reputation from fans of clubs he played for before his career brought him to Boro'.

Yet he won the fans over immediately with a goalscoring debut at Grays Athletic. But performances started to wane as the season wore on, and despite finishing with six goals from twelve starts, there were doubts over his commitment to the cause.

Presumably having earned a deal towards the end of the 2005/6 season, Louis departed shortly after the season's conclusion with his contract not being renewed by the club. Since then, Louis has found sticking at one club a hard task since leaving Broadhall Way.

Interestingly enough, in 2008 he was on the books at both sides relegated from League Two - Mansfield Town during the back end of the 2007/8 season, and then Wrexham, who he joined in June 2008.
