Langston began his career at Watford, but failed to break through to the first team. He enjoyed spells on loan at Aldershot and Barnet, before joining Stevenage in 2003. Again, Langston was unable to hold down a regular spot and after just three appearances, he was allowed to leave for Cambridge City.

After three seasons at City, Langston moved on to nearby neighbours Histon, where he has been a big part of their recent success in the Conference South and National. A goal against Leeds United in the FA Cup would have been a particular highlight while on the books at Histon.

A loan spell at Crawley Town was how the player finished the 2009/10 campaign, before moving on to Eastbourne Borough.
