Rudi Hedman was a defender who played for Boro' when they gained promotion to the Vauxhall Conference in 1994. He featured both alongside Efetobor Sodje in the centre of the defence, as well as at left-back. Later in his career he left to play in Hong Kong.
Joined Borough from Dulwich Hamlet in the early part of the 1993-94 season, making his debut against St. Albans City. Hedman's former clubs include Colchester United, Crystal Palace and Leyton Orient, and he was a three-time winner of a Dutch international tournament.
Hedman was also a member of Crystal Palace's squad which won promotion to the Division One, as well as being an unused sub for Palace in the 1990 FA Cup final against Manchester United.
