One of the original seven who joined from Farnborough Town when Graham Westley became Boro' manager, Justin Gregory has managed to fit in a brief spell at Crawley Town since originally moving to Broadhall Way.

However, it was during the 2004/5 season in which he featured more prominently for the Broadhall Way club. His first spell at the club was blighted by injury, yet he secured the left-back position during the 2004/5 season, and despite also featuring in left-midfield, Gregory racked up nearly forty appearances.

However, during the 2005/6 season, Gregory found his left-back position under threat from Barry Laker, and towards the end of the season, a three man defence. As his role within the squad became more and more marginalised, it was no surprise that Gregory left Boro' for the second time in his career at the end of the 2005/6 season.

Gregory is a good Conference performer, but arguably not what Boro' required in their search for promotion to the Football League.
