One of a number of promising young players to come through the ranks at Stevenage Borough, Adam Furness never quite made the grade in the eyes of senior management at the club and received few opportunities to prove otherwise.
Limited to reserve fixtures, one substitute appearance was all that Furness could muster before he was loaned out to a number of clubs before securing a permanent switch to Arlesey. Since then, the player appears to have been unable to go any other way but down the pyramid; a shame for a player who had showed some promise of knowing where the goal was.
