Signed in a loan deal during the January 2011 transfer window, young forward Luke Daley joined the Stevenage ranks from Norwich City with the Hertfordshire side looking for a man capable of nabbing a few goals and helping to consolidate Boro's Football League progress.
Described as a pacy player, Daley spent his entire, yet brief career-to-date at Norwich City and made just a handful of appearances following his debut in 2008 before his loan switch to Boro'. He caught the eye on a number of times with various reserve outings at Carrow Road.
According to reports, Daley was on manager Graham Westley's hitlist ahead of the 2010-1 season but fell victim to injury. He eventually joined on a one-month arrangement.
