TRAVEL INFORMATION:

Map To Stevenage Borough Football Club

By Car

Primary Route, A1(M)

When travelling to Stevenage, it is highly recommended that drivers come via the A1(M) and exit at Junction 7 (Stevenage south, Ware A602). If coming from the north, the A1 disects with the A14 (for the Midlands and East Anglia) and the M62 (for the North West). If coming from the south, the A1(M) disects the M25 (for all routes south, south-east and west).

Click here for a map if you don't have faith in your navigator ('right-click, save as' if you want to download it).

Alternative Route, A10/A602

Confident drivers can save up to 30 minutes on the South-West directions by turning off the M25 at Junction 25 and heading up the A10. Head Northbound for approximately 10 miles and turn off onto the A602 (signposted Stevenage), following this route into the town for a further 9 miles. The ground will be on your left, and signposted once you enter the town.

A map showing the route from the A10 can be found by clicking here. To download, follow the old 'right-click, save as' routine.

Car Parking

Parking for Broadhall Way is fairly straightforward:
- Fairlands Valley Park car park
- Roaring Meg car park

When visiting Boro', there is generally a designated car park for fans to park in. This is the Fairlands Valley Car Park, and is easily reached. If coming from the A1(M), follow the A602 as it should lead you to the car park, which will be on the left. If coming from the A10 along the A602, you will have to double back on yourself at the roundabout outside the ground to reach the car park.

If, however, the circus is in town, the best bet is probably to park in the Roaring Meg Car Park. At the roundabout on which Broadhall Way sits, follow the signs for the Town Centre. Almost immediately on your left is a turning for the retail park which contains Burger King and Pizza Hut. Do NOT park in the car park by Focus Do It All, as they have warned that clamping is in operation.

By Train

Nearest station: STEVENAGE
Served by: FIRST CAPITAL CONNECT, GNER
Services to: LONDON KINGS CROSS, PETERBOROUGH, YORK etc

Stevenage train tation is adjacent to the town centre, approx. 1 mile from the ground. It's walkable on a nice day in 15-20 minutes, although a taxi rank is provided or you can risk the buses (route 5 from bus stop E passes the ground) found by using the walkway through Gordon Craig Leisure Centre.
