HISTORY

ON Chenecks, or Northampton Old Northamptonian Chenecks FC to give them a fuller name if you will, joined the United Counties League in 1969 and have remained there since.

Alas the fortunes of Chenecks have failed to progress anywhere but Division One of the competition for a number of years, despite winning the title in 1978 and 1980. The club's ground, if sources (OK, so Wikipedia are to be believed, is inadequate for FA national competitions.
