It passed us by during their absence from the Blue Square Premier, but apparently A-Line Arena is the current name for a ground we'd come to know as Rockingham Road. It is the latest stadium to go down the route of name sponsorship so we shouldn't be all that surprised.

But for Boro' fans, it is a return to this traditional, open ground with the promise of an uncovered terrace in the offing. And you can't see much because it's as flat as a pancake. Away fans take residence in the Rockingham Road Terrace to the right of the main stand, and the capacity is a generous 1,000 - plenty if there is enough to stoke local rivalries between Boro' and the Poppies.

It is believed that for the visits of local clubs such as Stevenage and Rushden, Kettering's admission prices are upped by a £1. And it is also worth pointing out that a section of the main stand is available to travelling support if the need facilitates it.
