HISTORY

Having opted to join the Spartan South Midlands League Premier Division following the restructuring of the non-league pyramid in 2006, Edgware Town nabbed the title at the first time of asking and returned to the Ryman League after a year's hiatus.

However, the club ran into difficulties over the ownership of its White Lion Ground and folded at the end of the 2007/8 season. Although the club did not compete in either the 2008/9 or 2009/10 campaigns, the club remained registered with the local Football Association in the hope a revival would occur.
