Priory Lane was one of the new additions to the Blue Square Premier calendar for the 2008/9 season, and is a ground that retains character in among the South Downs. The ground, when segregated has a capacity of around 5,000, making it one of the smaller grounds on the circuit.

In previous seasons, segregation has often seen away fans go into the smaller River End Terrace behind one of the goals, but it is a facility which affords some cover in the unfortunate event of the weather failing to hold out. The only seating area at the ground is the main stand.
