Car Coming By Car?
The quickest way to get to Canvey Island from Stevenage is to take the M25 eastbound until you reach Junction 29, which is the A127 turnoff, and the one after the M11 turning. Travel along the A127 towards Southend and after about 10 miles you'll reach Basildon. From here, take the A132 on towards until you reach the A13.

Once on the A13 coastbound, you'll almost immediately come to the A130 junction for Canvey Island. At the roundabout follow signs for Canvey Island, and in about three miles, you'll come to the junction for the B1014. Turn onto this road (Somnes Avenue) and follow it into the heart of Canvey Island, until you come to a one-way system.

At the one-way system, keep left and bear into the High Street. After passing the Admiral Jellico pub, and the Bus Museum, there will be a mini-roundabout with a turning for Park Lane. Turn right down here and you'll come to the ground.

Parking Where To Park?
There have been several suggestions for parking at Canvey Island:
- the ground itself
- Eastern Esplanade
- Holbeck Road

The car park at the ground itself is said to be pretty big, and can cope with a modest sized crowd, whilst also being free. However, if it is busier than anticipated, with a larger crowd in attendance, it is suggested that the immediate side streets are not used, and that you head for the seafront (Eastern Esplanade) or the other side of Point Road.
