COMING BY CAR?
For what will be one of the shorter journeys for an away game in the Conference this season, head north on the A1(M) to Junction 9. Here you will need to take the A6141 to Baldock, where you need to connect with the eastbound A505 towards Cambridge and Royston.
Once you reach Royston, take the northbound A10 to where it meets the M11. Here, the road number changes to the A1309 as it enters Trumpington and onto Cambridge city centre. Once in the city area, turn onto the A1134 following signs for the city centre, before then moving onto the A603. Within a short distance, you will need to turn back onto the A1134 heading towards Newmarket.
Very shortly after taking the A1134 again, you will see a right turn which leads to the ground.
PARKING
Early arrivals will most probably find enough space at the club's car park next to the ground, although it costs £3 for the pleasure of doing so. Other options include parking opposite the ground in Ditton Walk and Ditton Fields.
COMING BY TRAIN?
Nearest
station: CAMBRIDGE
Served by: FIRST CAPITAL CONNECT, NATIONAL EXPRESS
Services to: STEVENAGE, BROXBOURNE, LONDON
Cambridge station isn't close to the city centre at all, and walking to the ground could
take up to half an hour. Walk away from the station down Station Road, before turning
right into Tenison Road. Again, take the first right into Devonshire Road and follow this
around to the left up to the next junction. Here, turn right into Mill Road and walk over
the railway bridge before taking the third road on the left (Sedgewick Street).
As you walk down this road, you will pass traffic calming barriers and some shops, and it
is here where you should note that you are now in Cromwell Road. When you come to a
t-junction ahead of you, there should be a large field called Coldham's Common. Walk
across this, following a path that leads you under another railway bridge and you should
arrive at the away turnstiles.
