HISTORY

The current incarnation of Barking Football Club in the Essex Senior League were formed in 2006 after Barking and East Ham United collapsed just five years after the former Barking merged with their East Ham counterparts. The club plyed their trade in local non-league circles for a large part of their existence before joining the Isthmian League in 1952. The Blues won the Isthmian League Premier Division title in 1978/9 but were relegated in 1991.
