One of the oldest clubs in the country, Abingdon Town are one of two teams to hail from the Oxfordshire town and, unlike their United counterparts, have arguably enjoyed more success. After many years in the Hellenic League Premier Division, the club entered the Isthmian League in 1989 via a one-year stop in the Spartan League Premier Division.
Having reached Isthmian League Division One, Abingdon Town hit a slide towards the end of the late 90s and eventually rejoined the Hellenic League in 2006. Select an option from the left for more information about this club |
